2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Stir in heavy cream, let it simmer 3–5 mins.

Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Toss in pasta. Keep warm.

  1. Sear the Steak Bites:

Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak on all sides (2-3 mins total).

Reduce heat, add butter and garlic. Toss to coat. Cook another minute until fragrant.

Plate the creamy Alfredo pasta. Add juicy steak bites on the side.

Drizzle with pan garlic butter and sprinkle parsley on top.
