Dill pickle slices, well drained
All-purpose flour
Cornmeal
Breadcrumbs
Eggs
Milk or buttermilk
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

Pat the pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
In one bowl mix flour, cornmeal, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl whisk eggs with milk or buttermilk.
Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the dry mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to about 175–180°C (350°F).
Fry the coated pickles in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
