Air Fryer Poached Eggs (Eggs in Ramekins)

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 small ramekins (heat-safe cups)
  • 1–2 tablespoons water per ramekin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Lightly grease the ramekins with a little oil or cooking spray.
  3. Add 1–2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin.
  5. Carefully place the ramekins inside the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 5–8 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk:
    • 5–6 minutes → soft/runny yolk
    • 7–8 minutes → firmer yolk
  7. Remove carefully (they will be hot).
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
