Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season the shrimp
    Mix shrimp with paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Heat the pan
    In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
  3. Cook the garlic
    Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
  4. Cook the shrimp
    Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.
  5. Finish it off
    Add lemon juice and mix well. Sprinkle parsley on top.

😋 Tips:

  • Don’t overcook shrimp—it becomes rubbery quickly.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, or bread.
  • Add a little Parmesan for extra flavor 🔥
