Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe
🧂 Ingredients:
- 500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Season the shrimp
Mix shrimp with paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. - Heat the pan
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. - Cook the garlic
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (don’t burn it). - Cook the shrimp
Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. - Finish it off
Add lemon juice and mix well. Sprinkle parsley on top.

- Don’t overcook shrimp—it becomes rubbery quickly.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or bread.
