Grandma’s Pecan Pie Balls ! No Bake ❤️😍
▶️Ingredients:
2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup bourbon or apple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted (for dipping)
▶️Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the toasted pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add the maple syrup, bourbon (or apple juice), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined and holds together when shaped.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, coating them partially or fully, based on your preference.
Place the chocolate-dipped balls back on the parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set.
Store the pecan pie balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
