Fried Zucchini

Ingredients
2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
Vegetable oil for frying

▶️Instructions
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk.

Dip zucchini slices into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating evenly.

Carefully place coated zucchini into the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
