World’s Best Steak Marinade
✨ Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or 3 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 2–4 ribeye or sirloin steaks
🥣 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together:
soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
Add garlic, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until fully combined.
2. Marinate the Steak
Place the steaks in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are fully coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
3. Cook the Steak
Remove steaks from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
Cook on a hot grill or skillet:
- Medium-rare: 3–4 minutes per side
- Medium: 4–5 minutes per side

4. Rest & Serve
Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
