Western Macaroni

You guys, this Western Macaroni is hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor! It’s perfect for a big family dinner, potluck, game day, or an easy comfort meal. You can make it with ground deer meat or regular ground beef.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 pounds ground deer meat, or ground beef
  • 2 cans mild Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 2 boxes elbow macaroni
  • 2–3 jars Tostitos Medium Cheese Dip, adjust to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Taco seasoning, optional
  • Chili powder, optional

Instructions

Cook the ground deer meat or ground beef in a large pot or skillet over medium heat until browned.

Drain any extra grease if needed.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, chili powder, or your favorite seasonings.

Add the Rotel tomatoes and drained corn to the meat.

Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes so the flavors blend.

Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions until tender.

Drain the macaroni.

Add the cooked macaroni to the meat mixture.

Pour in the Tostitos Medium Cheese Dip.

Stir well until the macaroni is fully coated and everything is creamy and cheesy.

Add more cheese dip if you want it extra creamy.

Let it warm through for a few minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
