Sizzle up a one-pan wonder with juicy steak, crispy potatoes, and rich garlic butter—easy enough for a weeknight, special enough for guests!

🛒 IngredientS :

1 medium Yukon Gold or red potato, cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon kosher salt

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 rib-eye or New York strip steaks (about 12 oz each, 1-inch thick)

1½ pounds flank steak, cut in two

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground black pepper (plus more to taste)

½ teaspoon kosher salt (for potatoes)

👩‍🍳 Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the Potatoes

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Add potato wedges and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt.

Cook 15–20 minutes, stirring now and then, until golden and tender.

Remove potatoes and set aside.

2. Cook the Steaks

Season both sides of steak with 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper.

In the same skillet, sear steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Lower heat to medium. Add butter and let it melt.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Spoon garlic butter over the steaks.

3. Finish and Serve

Return potatoes to skillet and gently mix with garlic butter.

Sprinkle with parsley.

Serve hot, adding more pepper if desired.
