Air Fryer Poached Eggs (Eggs in Ramekins)
📝 Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 small ramekins (heat-safe cups)
- 1–2 tablespoons water per ramekin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly grease the ramekins with a little oil or cooking spray.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin.
- Carefully place the ramekins inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5–8 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk:
- 5–6 minutes → soft/runny yolk
- 7–8 minutes → firmer yolk
- Remove carefully (they will be hot).
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
