Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 200 G of cream
- 1 chopped tomato
- 500 G of potato (potato)
- 2 Calabrian-type sausages
- Grated cheese to taste
- Chives chopped to taste
- Salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
Sauce:
- 3 Tablespoons (soup) well filled with sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons (soup) well filled with mayonnaise
- 1 japanese cucumber
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Dill to taste – optional
Instructions:
- Place the eggs in a container, the cream and beat well until incorporate and stay a homogeneous mixture.
- Then add the chopped chives to taste, chopped tomatoes and season with a pinch of salt.
- After each addition, give a quick mixture.
- Now peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and distribute in a baking sheet – use, if possible, a marinex.
- If not, you can use a way to bake cake, those aluminum.
