Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Donuts

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Donuts are the kind of warm, sweet comfort that make the whole house smell like happiness — soft, golden biscuits fried until fluffy, then rolled in buttery cinnamon sugar that melts the moment you take a bite. They taste like childhood mornings, carnival treats, and the kind of simple joy that makes you smile without even trying. One bite feels magical.

Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Oil for frying

Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl and set aside.
Open the biscuits and cut a small hole in the center of each (use a bottle cap or piping tip).
Fry the donuts in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden and puffed.
Remove and drain briefly on paper towels.
Brush each warm donut with melted butter.
Roll immediately in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Don’t forget to fry the donut holes too — they’re the best part!

Serve warm and enjoy these nostalgic, irresistible biscuit donuts.
