Clove Water Recipe: A Small Sip with Big Power

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of water
  • Optional: a small piece of cinnamon stick or a few drops of honey for taste

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Boil the Water:
    Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small pot or kettle.
  2. Add the Cloves:
    Add the whole cloves to the boiling water. You can also add cinnamon if using.
  3. Simmer:
    Let the mixture simmer for 5–10 minutes. The water will take on a golden to light brown color.
  4. Strain & Cool:
    Strain the clove water into a cup. Let it cool slightly before drinking — it should be warm, not hot.
  5. Optional Sweetening:
    Add a few drops of honey if desired. Avoid sugar, as it can counteract some of the benefits.
