Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
    • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
    • Stir in the cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    • Add the chopped olives and raisins, if using, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
