Ingredients :
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
6 hamburger buns
Instructions :
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Transfer the beef to the crock pot. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until thick and flavorful.
Spoon the meat mixture onto the buns and serve.
