Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)

Juice of ½ lemon

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup whole milk

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon lemon juice (balances flavors)

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

For Garnish & Serving:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Extra Parmesan cheese

 Instructions

1. Prepare & Marinate the Chicken

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and lemon juice.

2. Coat the chicken breasts evenly and let marinate for 30 minutes (or cook immediately if short on time).

2. Grill the Chicken

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (375–400°F).

2. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

3. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

1. In a saucepan, put olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

3. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly.

4. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.

5. Simmer for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.

4. Serve & Garnish

Place grilled chicken on plates and spoon the Parmesan sauce over the top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.

Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.

 Notes & Variations

Extra Creamy: Stir in cream cheese or more Parmesan for a thicker sauce.
