Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9-inch (23 cm) pie crust, 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar, 3 tbsp (30 g) all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp salt, 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream, 2 tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional: ground cinnamon for topping.
How to Make: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually stir in heavy cream and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
