Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the diced onion, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until everything is well combined.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Spoon some of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
